LUNGE STANCE / Sweep
Strengthen your chest, shoulders and upper back in this anchored-down exercise. From a lung stance, engage your abdominal muscles to stabilize as you perform the sweep action keeping your Buoys submerged.

5 Perfectly Sized

I have used numerous hadn't buoys for water exercise class. The regular is comfortable for my size (I'm 5') and gives the resistance I can manage for a one-hour workout. They appear to be very well made, with top quality material.

5 LOVE Hydro Fit Hand Buoys!

The HydroFit brand of hand buoys are far superior than any other hand buoys on the market. I have been using HydroFit equipment for 20 years now and love that I can update my equipment every four or so years. Some of my equipment has lasted longer than even four years because it's made to survive the chlorine, comfortable to use and color coded so that my students know the bouys that work best for their fitness level.

This purchase was a replacement for lost buoy. We've been using these for 10 years and can attest to their durability and quality. I haven't seen any better.

5 Great tool for aquatic classes

Our classes had been using milk jugs for resistance which were not good ergonomically. Today was the first day of use (I had used the hydro fit buoy at a different YMCA). The class gave very positive feedback. I bought three sizes for my YMCA water aerobics classes.

4 great quality hand buoys

Hydrofit is the premier maker if quality water fitness gear. I love their noodles. However, after ordering the 'mini' and then exchanging for the 'medium' I don't know quite how to rate them. The mini's were too light and the mediums are going to need shaved down some as they are too heavy. Back in the day when they first came out the black mediums were perfect. But they have since been improved.

I have been a certified instructor for 20 yrs. I am always glad to see Hydrofit equipment when I lead classes somewhere. They are durable and worth the money.
