LUNGE STANCE / Sweep
Strengthen your chest, shoulders and upper back in this anchored-down exercise. From a lung stance, engage your abdominal muscles to stabilize as you perform the sweep action keeping your Buoys submerged.

We use these in aqua class at Lifetime fitness so I thought I'd get my own pair they are great very durable and provide perfect strength training

The Hand Buoys have a very comfortable grip that does not disintegrate after multiple use and crumble when you handle them. Also the heads seem to be more dense than some other buoys and so not absorb a lot of extra water, so they dry more quickly.

My students and I prefer Hydrofit products. As an instructor, I feel that it is important to invest in quality products both for my students well-being and to help me save money in the long run.

I have tried many hand bouys over the years, and these are my favorites. They are well-made, don't fall apart, the ends don't fall off which allows water to seep in.
