LUNGE STANCE / Sweep
Strengthen your chest, shoulders and upper back in this anchored-down exercise. From a lung stance, engage your abdominal muscles to stabilize as you perform the sweep action keeping your Buoys submerged.

I purchased these to use for water aerobics, because the ones the facility has to use have been abused. The brand used at another facility was Hydro fit, so I bought them because they are more durable.

I have used hydrofit hand bouys for the past ten years. they are easy to use and last, unlike their cheaper competitors made with foam. I highly recommend this product.

My medium hand bouys are the perfect addition for upper body strength and conditioning during my aqua workout. Light, yet powerful in the water. The Single Hand Bouy Guide adds exercises I didn't think of and makes my workout more fun!

i AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW PURCHASE OF THE JUMBO SIZE HAND BUOYS. I HAD PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED THE MINI AND MEDIUM SIZE BUOYS FROM YOUR COMPANY, IN THE LATE 1990'S. IT WAS TIME TO UP MY GAME

I first used Hydro-Fit hand buoys that were provided by a municipal pool. They stood out among many other brands which were also provided. Now I have daily access to a pool, and immediately ordered my own pair of the Hydro-Fit hand buoys. Love, love, love them! I’m looking forward to great workouts, and am confident the new hand buoys will assist! (By the way, I ordered them on a Sunday, and they were delivered on Wednesday!)
