STRADDLE JOG / Instep Sweep

This deep water aerobic exercise strengthens and tones your shoulders and core. Begin in a straddle jog with your arms extended at the surface. Maintain a rhythmic exercise action as you sweep your palm forward and down, reaching toward your opposite instep.

I have used these belts for years in classes but this is the first one I have bought for myself and it is the same good belt as I have been using in my classes. So, I recommend it, it doesn't ride up and should last a long time.

I teach deep-water classes and whenever one of my participants decides to buy their own flotation belt, I always recommend Hydro-Fit. The classic Wave belt has been the most popular with my participants. They are always happy with the quality and the fit.

I have worked in the fitness industry since 1986, and taught deep and shallow water exercise since 1989. This belt is by far the best quality flotation belt around.

Love The Classic Wave Belt

I tried my belt on at home and loved it. I haven't taken it to the Aquatic Center because they have Hydro-Fit belts there but the one I have is the new Wave one. It comfortable and seems to sit higher and support the back more. I now have to get one for my sister - we are going on a cruise. And also, thanks to Stacey who took my order and got it right in the mail for me the next day or 2. I will be ordering again from Hydro-Fit. This belt is certainly worth the money - it looks much nicer than some of the other brands at the center and is very well-made. I look forward to getting lots of water workouts in.

Have used others at the Gym. Was a bit pricey but very comfortable and works Great.
