STRADDLE JOG / Instep Sweep

This deep water aerobic exercise strengthens and tones your shoulders and core. Begin in a straddle jog with your arms extended at the surface. Maintain a rhythmic exercise action as you sweep your palm forward and down, reaching toward your opposite instep.

My aerobics instructor recommended this belt. Definitely worth the money. No more struggling with belts that didn't fit.

I like the shape of this belt that encompasses a body evenly neither pushing the balance forward or back.

This belt is great. I use it in water aerobics 3-5 days a week. Do wish I could tighten the belt a little more. I have a small now.

The Wave Belt is a comfortable design fit ( I'm an AEA instructor, worn many different types of belts in the water), easy to adjust, and the perfect tool for great deep water workouts. The Wave Belt allows for free movement of arms and legs while supporting the body in proper form. I love my Wave Belt!

Wonderful floatation belt

This belt is superb. Mom & her friends love it. The belt stays around waist, doesn't slid up, provide sufficient buoyancy for a simple workout for senior age ladies who couldn't swim. Self-confidence in water regains for mom & friends. Highly recommended brand. Good quality materials used. Have used a cheaper brand but no comparison once you used hydro-fit belt. Very glad I managed to search for this belt online.........from the other side of the globe.

Most of my students prefer this belt over many other styles and brands. The fit is comfortable, functional and does not ride up. Love this product, did not appreciate that Hydro fit stopped honoring my ACE certification. I have been a Aqua instructor for 27 years, also iI have been purchasing, using and recommending your products for over 15 years.

Classic Wave Belt the Best

I have tried many diffent flotation belts to use during my deep water exercise class. The classic wave works the best. It does not slide up my body while exercising. All the other belts I tried would ride up. I bought this belt so that I would have my own classic instead of trying to get to class early to get one of the few the pool has for our use. I am a full figured woman (24W) and I got the x-large. The large will fit most full figure women but tightly and there was a large gap in the front. I would recommend this belt.
