STRADDLE JOG / Instep Sweep

This deep water aerobic exercise strengthens and tones your shoulders and core. Begin in a straddle jog with your arms extended at the surface. Maintain a rhythmic exercise action as you sweep your palm forward and down, reaching toward your opposite instep.

I have several products from hydro-fit that I use regularly and have worn out others. Hydro-fit is my go to company for water exercise equipment. Their quality and function never disappoints!

Greatest belt ever

Have been wearing different belts in water aerobics classes for 6 years and by far the best one I used was the Hydro-fit Clasic Wave buckle closure and now have purchased one. I knew before I purchased this belt it would be great.

My favorite belt for water exercise

I use this belt for water running and deep water exercises. I have used many brands of exercise belts. I've used belts that ride up, that cause a splash behind my neck, that are difficult to adjust to the right size, that don't stay closed. This belt has none of those problems. I prefer the clip closure over the Velcro (I've used both) because it is more adaptable to difference waist sizes. The Velcro also wears out with heavy use (for example in a public pool setting). No doubt my favorite belt and absolutely worth the price in my opinion.

Does NOT ride up!

Great belt- but size down.

I got this belt in a large. The belt itself is good quality, but I went with a large because of the adjustable strap, i couldn't imagine I would be a medium. First, you need to synch the belt really tight or it just moves up your body and it is much hard to change when you are in the water. Also, size down, as it it has enough strap that even if you are on the high end of a medium, the you will have plenty of room.

The belt is made of very good quality materials. It greatly improved my workout. I bought an XL because I am heavy. I am very impressed with the way the belt supports me in the water.

Almost the perfect belt

This wave belt has the correct amount of flotation for me and the easy clasp is quick and convenient. I like the belt as I can get it the correct tightness and it stays comfortable. Others I have used had an elastic belt and I had to over tighten it to keep it in place, making it harder to breathe. Flotation is also in the correct place. I used one that had a raised area in the back and it continued to float up in the back. This belt works very well! So, why the 4 rating? The pockets the belt goes through should be closer to the end of the flotation. The grooves are not deep enough to retain the straps all of the time.
