STRADDLE JOG / Sweep
This deep water aerobic exercise targets the muscles in your chest and back. Begin in a straddle jog with your arms extended at the surface. Maintain a rhythmic exercise action as you sweep your arms forward and back.

5 Best belt ever

I ordered several belts this summer for my deep water aquatic class participants. They have been very happy with how comfortable the belts are. I have owned my belt for 10 plus years and it is still in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this belt to anyone who participates in deep water aquatic classes.

Needed a belt to work out in both outdoor and indoor pools (live in a retirement community). The belt works to perfection, easy to use, easy to adjust for comfort. What's not to like? Definitely recommend.

So much better than the bulky ones that ride up! I sit lower in the water with this belt, but extra treading provides more exercise!

This is the most streamlined and comfortable water belt available for deep water Aquacize. I have had one for several years and have never had to replace it. I just ordered 20 for my deep water aerobics class and people love them.

5 This is saving my back

First off, I purchased this belt for other than its intended use. I needed something to support my spine during my swimming routine while recovering from a minor back problem. It works perfectly. My other belts were too bulky for swimming. The lightweight slim profile of this belt makes for an ideal swimming aid. There is just enough buoyancy to keep my spine aligned. I am also looking forward to using it once I return to deep water training. It would be nice if there were some velcro to keep the loose end of the belt secure, but not a big issue.

Comfortable, attractive , snug fit. This belt holds up well under daily use. I teach water fitness so am well acquainted with many water belts. I am impressed with the quality of this belt. I am hardly aware that I am wearing it while I am in the pool. The black color attracts the sun which I don't need. I do, however, recommend This particular belt.

i have ra, swim for exercise, but bones still hurt or give out , this helps me do a half mile of laps, which is good for me, hate water, only went to pool one summer when i was 14, didn't want to go again and haven't , until going to ymca for now
