STRADDLE JOG / Sweep
This deep water aerobic exercise targets the muscles in your chest and back. Begin in a straddle jog with your arms extended at the surface. Maintain a rhythmic exercise action as you sweep your arms forward and back.

Great water flotation belt

Ihave used a lot of different types of water flotation belts. This belt is the best. My water work out has quite a bit of bending at the waste. This belt does not limit your bending ability, like some belts do. The belt is slim yet still boyent. It is very well made and will last years. I am 5’8” and 150 lb, so a medium size is a great fit for me.

I like this thinner, overlapping design. The float cushions my body from the belt, and it is comfortable. I also like the slightly lesser buoyancy.

I've tried other swim AIDS but this one is what I was looking for. It supports your back without thrusting you forward or riding up. I finally found the support I needed. Great product.

Long lasting and comfy

I have used this belt for years and love the "less is more" feel. It also fits my students better--sits between ribs and hips more comfortably. In trying to use different equipment set-ups to get the perfect shoulder-at-the-surface position, it's another tool for my tool kit as well.

Not up to expectations for deep water swim use

I purchased the PRO belt at the rave review from two people I know that have it. Unfortunately, for ME, it was very tight fitting and did not "sit right" either below or above my ribs. The "regular" Wave Belt is more my style and I will purchase it instead.

I ordered several belts this summer for my deep water aquatic class participants. They have been very happy with how comfortable the belts are. I have owned my belt for 10 plus years and it is still in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this belt to anyone who participates in deep water aquatic classes.

Exceeds expectations

Needed a belt to work out in both outdoor and indoor pools (live in a retirement community). The belt works to perfection, easy to use, easy to adjust for comfort. What's not to like? Definitely recommend.
