STRADDLE JOG / Instep Sweep

This deep water aerobic exercise strengthens and tones your shoulders and core. Begin in a straddle jog with your arms extended at the surface. Maintain a rhythmic exercise action as you sweep your palm forward and down, reaching toward your opposite instep.

Excellent buoyancy belt

This buoyancy belt keeps the lower back warm during exercising. That's just one feature we users take for granted. When worn to fit correctly it surrounds the body very evenly, to allow full concentration on the vertical water exercise. It is dense enough to keep most exercisers upright in the water, yet not as thick as several other belt models. I've used only the 'classic' belt but will be trying the' easy close' to see if class participants can get into the water more quickly & easily.
