Shipping

Standard orders ship via UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. Express service is available for time sensitive orders. Call 800.346.7295 for assistance.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We take pride in our reputation for quality, value and customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt credit, refund or exchange. Limited to the terms and conditions of OUR GUARANTEE.

Undeliverable Packages Policy

If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable as Addressed", the following terms apply:

  • Refund
    The merchandise will be refunded upon receipt of the returned package.

  • Shipping Charges
    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • No Automatic Reshipment
    Returned packages will not be automatically resent. If you still wish to receive the item, a new order must be placed.

International Duties & Taxes Policy

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • Customers are fully responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or fees required to receive their order.

  • Customs authorities may require payment before delivery or upon arrival of the shipment.

  • We are unable to estimate or control these charges, as they are set by local governments.

  • If duties or taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or returned, shipping costs will not be refunded.

For questions about applicable fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order.

Shortages

All shortages must be reported within 5 business days of receiving shipment. 

Missing Package

Missing shipments must be reported within 30 days of the ship date.

Our Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with any HYDRO-FIT product, simply return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, credit or refund equal to the purchase price of the product. Shipping charges are refundable only if the product is determined to be defective and/or delivered to you in error.
