STRADDLE JOG / Instep Sweep
This deep water aerobic exercise strengthens and tones your shoulders and core. Begin in a straddle jog with your arms extended at the surface. Maintain a rhythmic exercise action as you sweep your palm forward and down, reaching toward your opposite instep.

Does NOT ride up!

I've been doing water aerobics for 25 years, at least. Here to say this belt does the job. I love it!

Great belt- but size down.

I got this belt in a large. The belt itself is good quality, but I went with a large because of the adjustable strap, i couldn't imagine I would be a medium.
First, you need to synch the belt really tight or it just moves up your body and it is much hard to change when you are in the water. Also, size down, as it it has enough strap that even if you are on the high end of a medium, the you will have plenty of room.

The belt is made of very good quality materials. It greatly improved my workout.
I bought an XL because I am heavy. I am very impressed with the way the belt supports me in the water.

Almost the perfect belt

This wave belt has the correct amount of flotation for me and the easy clasp is quick and convenient. I like the belt as I can get it the correct tightness and it stays comfortable. Others I have used had an elastic belt and I had to over tighten it to keep it in place, making it harder to breathe. Flotation is also in the correct place. I used one that had a raised area in the back and it continued to float up in the back. This belt works very well! So, why the 4 rating? The pockets the belt goes through should be closer to the end of the flotation. The grooves are not deep enough to retain the straps all of the time.

I have used these belts for years in classes but this is the first one I have bought for myself and it is the same good belt as I have been using in my classes. So, I recommend it, it doesn't ride up and should last a long time.
