STRADDLE JOG / Instep Sweep

This deep water aerobic exercise strengthens and tones your shoulders and core. Begin in a straddle jog with your arms extended at the surface. Maintain a rhythmic exercise action as you sweep your palm forward and down, reaching toward your opposite instep.

Good Fit For Floatation

This is the best belt available at our rec pool for deep water aerobics. Decided to purchase my own so I wouldn’t be left using the less desirable belts on full class days. Had no idea they were manufactured in the Pacific Northwest and had their own website. Found my size that never seemed to be in stock at the popular website known for aquatic suits and gear! Great customer service when I called directly. Had option of phone or online order. Arrived quickly. Very very happy!

The Best Wave Belt

I recommend this deep Water Belt to my H20 Fitness clients. I train in deep and shallow water. The construction and wearability can't be beat.

Excellent belt

Excellent design for even flotation and much more comfortable than other belts I've used. I like that it comes in different sizes to get the best fit. I was debating between the Classic or the Easy Close option and went with the Classic. The clasp seems very sturdy and secure. Bought it along with the Wave Secure Belt Seat - wish the Seat came with size options too!

Exceeds Expectations

The quality is way above other belts. It fits very well and allows me to do deep water aerobic exercise comfortably. I used my original belt for over 5 years but because of weight loss I needed a smaller size. Adult daughter has seizures and has been afraid of water. My original belt fits her perfectly and she now feels safe enough to get into the pool with me. A blessing for us both.

I teach classes at multiple pools. Each has their own buoyancy belt style. Hands down this is my favorite. Nice tight, secure fit. Doesn’t slip against your suit like those with a slick finish. I love this style and brand so much I ordered my own to take with me. Several class participants have had me order for them too. Our breast cancer warriors love the saddle Hydrofit offers for their use. Very happy deep water instructor!!

Great company, great products

I ordered size medium based on their size chart, It was too large. I'm a young 79 year old, ( I really believe) but I couldn't open the buckle. I called HydroFit and they said to return it . I proceeded to order a size small with a velcro closure rather than a buckle. They indicated that I do not have to pay shipping on the new belt. The original belt arrived two days after I ordered it. I am very pleased with their service.

Been using the clubs belt since starting water class 4 months ago. The belt provides enough floatation that allows you to make the aerobic movements being taught. Hydro-Fit belt is the perfect instrument for that. Decided to purchase my own and free up the clubs belt for a new member.

This belts allow freedom of movement and are comfortable. Class attendees find them easy to adjust and also stay in place.
