Strengthen and tone your triceps by webbing your gloves (spreading your fingers and holding your wrists firm) with this knee lift exercise. Extra benefits are core stability, balance training and enhanced hip mobility.
How to fit your WAVE WEB PROs
Place your WAVE WEB PRO on your hand (palm side up)—fingers first, thumb follows. Gently pull on the wrist opening as you flex your fingers for a snug fit. To remove your gloves, simply pull gently on the wrist opening from the palm side and peel the glove from your hand, turning it inside out. Extend the life of your WAVE WEB PROs: Always remove by peeling from the wrist, never from the fingers. Rinse your WAVE WEB PROs with fresh water after each use and allow to dry.

The Hydrofit gloves are well constructed, made of fantastic flexible non fade fabric. These gloves will last for years when cared for per instructions. My first pair still look like a million buck after several years of use. Peeling them off is key, not pulling them off. They add to the participants workouts, making them a well worth addition to any water aerobic class.

I like these gloves because they are light weight and don't hurt my fingers. Some gloves are too thick of material and hurt my fingers holding them stiff too long.
I have been using Wave Webs for over 20 years and will not change. They last more than a year at 2-3 times a week in the water. They only wear out when a nail pops through. So keep your nails short!

Since 2000 I have done deep water aerobics. The Wave Web Pros are a long lasting durable glove. They fit comfortably and the seams don't rip. I usually have to only replace them because I will give mine away for someone to try and then they buy them from me. I have occasionally left. A pair at the pool and no one ever returns them. I absolutely love my Wave Web Pros.

These are quite thin, which I have found preferable to the Hydro Fit Wave Mitts. Less cumbersome, and easier to exit the pool taking less water with me. I have had surgery on both thumb joints for arthritic joint disease. The water flowing over my hands became quite painful . These mitts have solved that problem for me.

I really don't like wearing gloves, I am a mittens person. But these are comfortable and really make a water workout better. I need to strengthen my arms so I am not erasing the board as I write on it if you know what I mean. So these will help immensely.

I teach water aerobics and these are the very best gloves I have ever used, they are flexible making it easy to do any exercise, even ones that used bouys or noodles! They last for a long time making them reasonably priced. I can not say enough good things about them! My gym bag will always have a pair ready to go.
