This is the second vest I have bought for myself. It fits well and I find running in the water enjoyable.

Since I am no longer able to do weight bearing exercise or even swim due to arthritis, this belt is a definite life saver. It allows me to get a thorough and multifaceted work out, cardio, range of motion, and strength. It’s changed my life and allowed me to stay in good health. It’s light, easy to use, and lasts a long time.

This is my second aquatic trainer and it is even better than the first one. It is lighter in weight and doesn’t absorb as much water, so it dries much faster. It’s perfect for anyone who has had abdominal or chest surgery because there is pressure in those areas.

Right as my arthritis had gotten too bad to do land exercises or even swim, I found out about the wet vest. It truly has saved my life. It has allowed me to keep to an exercise program. It is light , made with high craftmanship, and really comfortable. Because of the crotch, it does not ride up when you’re running around in the water. I call it my big velcro diaper.
