I teach a Water Fitness for Breast Cancer Survivors and for those in treatment also. I also have ovaraian, colon, and uterine cancer survivors in my class. They see I wear my gloves and questioned me about the glove. I say I started water fitness with gloves and proper shoes and highly recommend them in the water. These gloves are light-weight and give good resistance in the water for a better workout. My last class some individuals wanted them so I put in an order. Hydrofit has excellent equipment for the pool and water fitness.

These gloves are very nice. They fit well but wish they had extra small too.

The gloves provide a little more resistance in the water and make me feel the water aerobics exercising more. I think they’re wonderful!
