Combining the best attributes of our WAVE WEB® PROs, HYDRO-FIT WAVE Mitts are soft and pliable providing a comfortable fit and the flexibility of on-demand variable resistance. The open-fingered construction and firmer material create more resistance than WAVE WEB PROs, and the exclusive adjustable wrist closure makes it easy to put them on and take them off while providing a secure fit.

Fitting
How to fit your WAVE Mitts
Place your WAVE Mitt on your hand (palm side up)—fingers first, thumb follows. Gently pull on the wrist opening as you flex your fingers through the finger openings. Grasp the adjustable wrist closure, gently pulling it over your wrist for a secure and comfortable fit. To remove, release the adjustable wrist closure, and gently pull the Mitt from your hand at the finger-opening end. Extend the life of your WAVE Mitts: Always use a gentle action to release the adjustable wrist strap. Rinse your WAVE Mitts with fresh water after each use and allow to dry.

The mitts add the right amount of resistant while swimming, doing water exercises, and just plain relaxing in the pool.
They are flexible, comfortable, and last a long time.
I highly recommend them.

I bought my first wave mitts about 8 plus years ago, and used them daily, and rinsed after in water with a touch of vinegar. As time went on, the palm side covering wore out, but the black liner held up! I’ve just bought wave mitts again, debating whether the price was worth the quality. Looked around. And they are just as great. Especially the open ends of the fingers, which allows these to fit different hands. Reliable and do the job in the water. Protect older hands from cramping and reduce wear and tear on shoulders.
