The belt is the best. Much more buoyancy than the ones available in my water aeorbics class. Belt strap kept in place by runners. Hand gloves are terrific for just that bit more resistance. The ‘weights’ I ordered were a bit much for me so I ordered the teal end ones and hope to work up to the black end ones.
Customer service was actually a person !!! who was very helpful.
I look forward taking both to the pool and on the road for hotel workouts to keep up the practice.
