I love the instruction and content. It is baffling to me that in 2024 these are not available via PDF download at a lower cost. Even more confusing why instruction booklets for water exercises are delivered in unlaminated paper booklets. Should we memorize the content before going to the pool? I could have at least gotten PDFs and had them laminated, now I had to pay for paper booklets, shipping, and extra to get them all laminated so they are usable. I’d love if they were offered via PDF or as laminated booklets at a greater cost so it was more useful.
