I have been a student of, and am currently teaching, a Deep Water Aerobics since the 1990’s. My ankles are small and I have been making “ankle bands” out of terry cloth to wear under my cuffs. I purchased the comfort cuffs and used them for the first time this week. What an improvement! Plus I know they will last much longer. . .
My students will be ordering, as well.
