Mini (Teal) 2" foam x 6" x 9"
Regular (Black) 2.75" foam x 6" x 10.5"
Jumbo (Purple) 3.5" foam x 6" x 12"
LUNGE STANCE / Sweep
Strengthen your chest, shoulders and upper back in this anchored-down exercise. From a lung stance, engage your abdominal muscles to stabilize as you perform the sweep action keeping your Buoys submerged.

I use the hand buoys in my water aerobics class. My last pair was bought about twenty years ago, so they last.

Hydro Fit hand buoys hold up best

For nine years I have been teaching water aerobics in outdoor pools in a retirement community. The recreation centers provide hand buoys from another company. They are used by many other classes and there is one size (small) only. Because of the varying capabilities of the participants, I always recommend the Hydro Fit jumbo size for most and send in large orders yearly. Unfortunately, Hydro Fit doesn't have a larger size. I use another company's (Kiefer) largest size for myself and pass it off to the men who feel that they are getting a better workout. Consequently they order them for themselve. The Hydro Fit buoys last forever. Presently, I am awaiting for an order that was placed a week ago. Ten people are waiting!

You definitely get what you pay for. These are a fantastic value! I have purchased several different brands over the years and Hydro-Fit buoys are by far the best in terms of the resistance they provide and the quality. I recommend these to all of my students.

Short shelf-life for aqua bells

After two years of extreme care of rinsing in non-pool water and keeping out of the sun, these aqua bells have to be thrown away. They are disintegrating beyond belief. Be prepared to re buy.

Hydrofit makes the finest aqua fit products on the market hands down. I wouldn't purchase anything else. The buoys come in 3 sizes to suit the needs of every participant.

As a Water Fitness Instructor I just love the Hydro-Fit Hand Buoys - they have comfortable hand grips, a selection of "weight" size to use and I Feel they give an excellent workout.

Excellent quality product. I used them in a shallow water aerobics class and found the hand grips to be comfortable, and the construction solid.
