LUNGE STANCE / Sweep
Strengthen your chest, shoulders and upper back in this anchored-down exercise. From a lung stance, engage your abdominal muscles to stabilize as you perform the sweep action keeping your Buoys submerged.

I get a fantastic workout using the buoys. I was really surprised how this product has built up my muscles and my arm strength.

I love that they are flAt to sit on Sid doc pool and the notch in side if you use one at a time for finger holds. Great for uper body/arm workout.

I have had a pair of Jumbo's for some time & purchased the addional Jumbo set for my husband. They are the BEST.

I use the hand buoys in my water aerobics class. My last pair was bought about twenty years ago, so they last.

4 Hydro Fit hand buoys hold up best

For nine years I have been teaching water aerobics in outdoor pools in a retirement community. The recreation centers provide hand buoys from another company. They are used by many other classes and there is one size (small) only. Because of the varying capabilities of the participants, I always recommend the Hydro Fit jumbo size for most and send in large orders yearly. Unfortunately, Hydro Fit doesn't have a larger size. I use another company's (Kiefer) largest size for myself and pass it off to the men who feel that they are getting a better workout. Consequently they order them for themselve. The Hydro Fit buoys last forever. Presently, I am awaiting for an order that was placed a week ago. Ten people are waiting!
