Deep In-Depth with Craig Stuart
Develop and refine your deep
water skills. Learn and understand the differences between gravity
assisted/resisted exercise and gravity-neutral exercise. Discover techniques
for developing postural awareness, balance and coordination in the buoyant
environment and explore the added challenges and training benefits of placing
buoyancy and resistance at the ankles. Equipment options include WAVE Belts,
Mini Cuffs, HYDRO-FIT Cuffs and WAVE Webs. 2.0 CECs

Deep Choreography Blast with Craig Stuart and Steph Toogood
Are you ready for two hours of non-stop deep water choreography? Join
Craig and Steph as they combine equal parts strength training, cardio routines,
core technique and flexibility training in this ALL PRACTICAL workshop. Learn
by doing and discover a variety of new moves and methods you can immediately
take home. Come prepared to get wet and learn! Equipment options include WAVE Belts, Mini Cuffs, HYDRO-FIT Cuffs, Hand
Buoys and WAVE Webs. Note: This session builds on the
fundamentals and principles presented in Deep in Depth. 2.0 CECs

Tranquility & Turbulence—DEEP with Craig Stuart and Steph Toogood
Immerse
yourself in deep water and celebrate the joy of mindful movement. A total
mind-body experience awaits you as you discover how to integrate high intensity
training with tranquil, calm and flowing movements. Strengthen your body and
nourish you soul as you discover a newly ignited POWER (turbulence) center
balanced with a state of GRACE (tranquility). Equipment options include WAVE

Deep Leverage with Mark Grevelding
Intensity in
water is all about how much water move around your body. Discover how creative
lever variations create maximal drag resistance for an optimal workout. Combine
advanced transitions and aggressive travel options to make for an even more
exciting and challenging deep water experience. Join Mark and take home ten

SUNDAY – Shallow Water

Aquatic I.T. with Mark Grevelding
Learn how to slice it and
dice it for maximal cardio intensity. Repetition reduction is a gold medal
standard of fitness instruction. This fast paced shallow water class showcases
instructional techniques (I.T.) for building dynamic pyramid choreography.
Whether you teach free style or choreographed, this session will load you up
with ideas for transforming simple movements into gut busting whitewater
routines! Equipment options include WAVE Webs. 2.0 CECs

Progressive Core Stability with Lori Templeman
Teach your students to train for function in this workshop designed to enhance stability and mobility. Learn the stabilization continuum to progress and regress any exercise—both with and without equipment. You will learn how to apply this skill set to achieve success for multiple levels within the same class. Equipment options include Mini Cuffs, WAVE

Aqua Circuit to Work It! with Lori Templeman
Add variety to your class routine
with circuit training. Learn how to plan and instruct a fun and energetic
pool circuit class. Take away station ideas to target strength and aerobic
endurance using simple equipment, sports drills and games. Master circuit
training principles to create a versatile format you can use with a variety of
