The Academy is HYDRO-FIT's premier instructor training event offering two full days of in-depth workshops with cutting edge education for water exercise instructors and fitness professionals. The two-day format features one day devoted to deep-water training (Saturday) and one day focused on shallow water training (Sunday).
Eight all new workshops are featured this year from presenters Craig Stuart, Mark Grevelding, and Laurie Denomme.
A new addition this year is a special 8-hour AquaStretch Foundations pre-conference course on Friday, September 28 presented by Laurie Denomme.
