Tranquility & Turbulence (Shallow Water)
Indulge yourself and celebrate the joy of mindful movement in the water. Discover how to integrate high intensity training with purposeful relaxation techniques. Strengthen your body, nourish your soul and discover a newly ignited POWER (turbulence) center balanced with a state of GRACE (tranquility).
H2O Pilates Fusion (Shallow Water)
Prepare your students for dynamic stability and improved posture with Pilates inspired training in the pool. Discover how to integrate core stabilization techniques and multi-plane movement patterns to target and challenge the deepest muscle layers in the body. Learn the correct use and placement of buoyancy equipment to provide support, assistance and resistance. Equipment options include Hand Buoys, Mini Cuffs, HYDRO-FIT Cuffs, Noodles and Wave Webs.

Deep Training MAX (Deep Water)
Go beyond basic
training techniques and discover how to challenge your students with the latest
techniques in interval and circuit training. Explore the added training
challenges of placing buoyancy and resistance at the ankles. Learn how to
motivate your students with intensity variations in a variety of deep water
formats. Equipment options include HYDRO-FIT Cuffs and Webbed Gloves.
H2O Core Challenge (Shallow Water)
Harness
the power of liquid resistance and amplify it for maximum results. Use grounded
aerobic exercises combined with buoyancy-resisted strength intervals to shape
and sculpt with an added emphasis on core conditioning. Pore it to the core and
discover how to use unilateral training to enhance postural stability and
improve functional strength. Equipment options include Hand Buoys, Mini Cuffs,
Wave Webs and Noodles.
