HYDRO-FIT Academy Weekend

The Academy Weekend is HYDRO-FIT's premier instructor training event offering two full days of in-depth workshops with cutting edge education for water exercise instructors and aquatic fitness professionals. 

The two-day format features one day devoted to deep-water training (Saturday) and one day focused on shallow water training (Sunday). This year, eight all new workshops are featured from presenters Craig Stuart, Mark Grevelding, Steph Toogood and Lori Templeman. 

Registration is now open for the 2011 HYDRO-FIT Academy. Mark your calendar now—Saturday & Sunday, October 8 and 9 at the Willamalane Park & Swim Center in Springfield, OR.

Deep Water Choreography Blast

Harness the power of liquid resistance and get a blast of new deep-water exercises and choreography ideas. Join Craig as he combines equal amounts of strength training, cardio routines, and core technique specially designed for the buoyant environment of deep water. Learn by doing and discover new moves, teaching terminology and class options you can immediately take home.

H2O Core Challenge

Develop your knowledge of vertical core training with Pilates-inspired technique in the pool. Use grounded aerobic exercises combined with upper body strength intervals to shape and sculpt with an added emphasis on core conditioning. Pore it to the core and discover how you can use unilateral training to enhance postural stability and improve functional strength.
