Tranquility & Turbulence UPDATE - 5/21/2009
I would like to offer a special thank you to everyone who attended the Saturday morning masterclass of Tranquility & Turbulence at IAFC. Many of you expressed an interest in obtaining the original music CD and detailed choreography notes.
The choreography notes are posted online in "Craigs Course Outlines" under the FOR INSTRUCTORS section. As for the music, it was our intention to have it available for purchase at IAFC. Unfortunately, we encountered a last minute obstacle, and were not able to have it at IAFC.
If you have an interest in the music CD to accompany the choreography notes, please fill out our contact form and I will contact you when it is available. It should only be a few weeks time.

Who is Craig?
Craig Stuart is the founder and Director of HYDRO-FIT®. A certified fitness instructor with AEA and ACE, Craig leads the water exercise industry as an innovator, specialist, educator and fitness professional. He is well known for his educational techniques focusing on the practical application of water-specific skills to enhance group exercise instruction. Craig is the 1992 recipient of the Contribution to the Aquatic Fitness Industry Award and the 2002 recipient of the Aquatic Therapy & Rehab Institute’s sunami Spirit Award.
