NEW Noodle Cool Down in Choreography Library
10/28/07 - Check out the new Noodle Cool Down in the Formatted Workouts section of our Choreography Library. Learn how to use a Noodle as an effective tool to provide buoyant support and challenge stability for targeting core training and abdominal strengthening. I use this series of five exercises as part of my shallow-water cool down and my students love it! They always comment on how effective it is to have a specific focus and intention to the exercises at the very end of the workout. It's easy, just preset your noodles around the edge of the pool so they're easy for your students to access at the end of the workout. Remember - if your students are wearing WAVE WEBS, have them remove them for this series. Same goes for Mini Cuffs.
