Our popular online Choreography Library is live again. Updated and improved, the new version features an entire archive of exercises, techniques, and teaching tips.
Dive in and surf our searchable database to find a favorite move, discover a new way to use your equipment, or just get some new tips on exercises you use everyday. Whether you’re an aquatic fitness instructor or water exercise enthusiast, you’ll find a wealth of information to keep you moving and motivated. The library is updated regularly as new moves and workouts are released.
NEW THIS MONTH View an entire workout, beginning to end, as a slide show in the Formated Workouts area. I've added a new shallow water routine, Aqua HIGH Energy. A 30 minute workout that combines cardio intervals with muscle-specific strength intervals to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and muscle toning benefits. This new workout will be presented for the first time at the International Aquatic Fitness Conference, May 15-18, in Orlando, Florida.

Who is Craig?
Craig Stuart is the founder and Director of HYDRO-FIT®. A certified fitness instructor with AEA and ACE, Craig leads the water exercise industry as an innovator, specialist, educator and fitness professional. He is well known for his educational techniques focusing on the practical application of water-specific skills to enhance group exercise instruction. Craig is the 1992 recipient of the Contribution to the Aquatic Fitness Industry Award and the 2002 recipient of the Aquatic Therapy & Rehab Institute’s Sunami Spirit Award.
