CEC Training CalendarHYDRO-FIT actively promotes education and excellence in the practice of aquatic fitness leadership. The events listed in this calendar are sponsored or hosted by HYDRO-FIT. They represent professional venues where quality aquatic fitness education is offered.
HYDRO-FIT courses provide in-depth instruction in advanced methods of aquatic exercise technique. Special emphasis is placed on practical skills and the safe and effective use of aquatic fitness equipment.
HYDRO-FIT is an approved continuing education provider for the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA). All courses offer AEA cecs.
